Betts Farmhouse is 3.8 miles from the City of Coon Rapids, with access to 40+ miles of scenic hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails, as well as multiple fishing ponds. Sit outside and relax to the sights and sounds of the Conservancy, or head to Star Field Campground for an evening of star gazing in Iowa’s darkest skies.

 

The nearby historic town of Coon Rapids also offers a handful of activities such as a disc golf course and a 9-hole golf course, golf simulator, bowling alley, aquatic center, gym, local shopping, a sculpture park, grocery store, restaurants, paved trails, and a coffee shop.
