Join all of Iowa’s land trusts (including Whiterock Conservancy) and the University of Northern Iowa to lend a hand to the land at the Cedar Hills Sand Prairie. Cedar Hills Sand Prairie supports over 360 species of native plants and over 50 species of birds and butterflies. Help us restore this beautiful piece of Iowa’s natural history by removing invasive plants. Lunch is provided. Please bring a water bottle and a lawn chair. Volunteers are welcome to stay after lunch to continue working with the TNC and INHF intern crews.

Visit INHF.org for more information.

RSVP to Mary Runkel at 515-288-1846 or mrunkel@inhf.org.
